I work primarily in Figma, with Adobe XD for older project handovers. I use GA4 and Microsoft Clarity for analytics and behavioural research — heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analysis. I'm comfortable leading UX audits, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and managing client relationships alongside design delivery.
